Scheme Kya Hai

Know exactly what your scheme is worth.

Scheme Kya Hai turns brand scheme circulars into calculated, claimable earnings — tracking inventory device by device so a retailer can see exactly what they've earned, from a single IMEI all the way up to a total brand-level claim.

Overview

Mobile retailers routinely receive brand incentive schemes — extra payouts for hitting sales targets, price protection against sudden price drops, and similar offers — through scattered, hard-to-parse circulars, frequently just images shared over WhatsApp. Retailers have had very little practical way to know, at the level of an individual device they've bought and sold, exactly what they're owed.

The platform started as a scheme listing tool and has grown into a full calculation engine: it reads scheme terms, tracks a retailer's inventory at the IMEI level, and computes exactly what a retailer has earned or could still earn — broken down from the individual device up to the model and brand level — so a retailer has a concrete, defensible number to claim.

The problem it solves

  • Retailers can't tell, without manual effort, what a brand scheme is actually worth on the devices they've bought and sold.
  • Scheme terms arrive as unstructured circulars — often just an image — rather than structured, comparable data.
  • Larger retail chains have complicated sell-in/sell-out data that is very hard to reconcile against scheme terms by hand.
  • Sudden price drops on unsold stock are hard to track and claim without a system recording exact price-change history.
  • Some schemes vary by attributes like colour or variant, which most retailers have no easy way to check eligibility against.

Who uses it

Mobile retailer

Views live schemes, tracks their own inventory, and sees exactly what they've earned or could still earn per device, model and brand.

Enterprise / multi-store chains

Use the same engine at larger scale, with sell-in/sell-out reconciliation across many stores.

Internal admin / ops team

Curates and publishes scheme data, including AI-assisted extraction from circulars, and reviews calculations before they reach retailers.

Key features

AI-powered scheme extraction

Brand scheme circulars, including image-based ones, are processed by an AI extraction pipeline into structured scheme data.

Removes the biggest manual bottleneck — turning a WhatsApp image into usable, calculable scheme terms.

IMEI-level inventory tracking

Every device a retailer holds is tracked individually, not just at the model or SKU level.

Lets earnings be calculated against the exact devices a retailer actually bought and sold, not an estimate.

Deep-to-top earnings rollup

Earnings are calculated per IMEI, then rolled up per model, then per brand.

Gives a retailer both the granular proof and the summary number they need to make a claim.

Target-group and slab configuration

Schemes can target specific products, colours or variants, with multiple payout slabs and separate achievement and payout bases.

Matches how real brand schemes are structured, instead of forcing every scheme into one flat rule.

Price-protection tracking

Price drop events are recorded and linked to protection claims, with defined claim windows and stock-verification cutoffs.

Gives retailers a defensible, timestamped basis for claims when stock value drops overnight.

Net Landing Cost calculator

Applies a scheme's best available slab to a product's price to compute its effective net cost.

Lets a retailer see the real cost of a device after scheme benefits, useful for pricing decisions.

Reusable scheme templates

Common target-group definitions can be authored once and reused across multiple schemes.

Speeds up scheme setup and keeps target definitions consistent.

Draft-to-publish lifecycle

Schemes move through draft, review and active/archived states with validation before going live.

Prevents an incomplete or incorrectly configured scheme from reaching retailers.

How it works, end to end

  1. 01A brand scheme circular is received and processed, with AI assistance, into structured scheme data.
  2. 02The admin team reviews and publishes the scheme, targeting specific products, models, colours or variants as defined by the brand.
  3. 03Retailer inventory, tracked at the IMEI level, is matched against active schemes.
  4. 04The calculation engine computes earnings per device, rolling these up to model and brand-level totals.
  5. 05Retailers view their earnings breakdown and use it to support a claim with the brand or distributor.
  6. 06Price-drop events are recorded separately and linked to price-protection claims where applicable.

Dashboards & reporting

  • Per-IMEI earnings detail showing which schemes a device qualifies for and the amount per scheme.
  • Per-model and per-brand earnings rollups.
  • Scheme listing with target groups, slabs and active date ranges.
  • Price-drop and price-protection event history.

Business value

  • Gives retailers a concrete, provable number to claim from brands instead of guessing.
  • Cuts the manual effort of reading and interpreting scheme circulars.
  • Reduces revenue retailers leave unclaimed simply because tracking it by hand is impractical.
  • Gives larger retail chains a way to reconcile scheme earnings across many stores.
  • Creates a defensible audit trail for price-protection claims.

Scheme Kya Hai replaces guesswork with a clear, itemised earnings record — helping retailers claim what they're actually owed and helping brands see genuine, trackable scheme performance.
